Carolinas restaurant is on the main street in town, on the right-hand side of the street. It has been here for a long time. They used to open in the mornings, but changed their hours to the afternoon and evening. Their specialty is Italian and seafood. They have great food.

Carolinas Restaurant is the best restaurant for Italian food. I have a friend whom I have known for over 10 years, and it is her favorite restaurant in Puerto Jiménez. They have free wifi. The restaurant is an open restaurant with murals and paintings on the wall of Italy. Add the red checkered tablecloths, and you’re in Italy
Seafood
Their seafood dishes are delicious as well. I recomend their fresh fried snapper. Enjoy their great food and atmosphere.
