The Hilton collection.
The Hilton in Puerto Jimenez has one, two, and three-bedroom villas/suites. A friend and I did a day pass, which included a room. The room was beautifully furnished with two beds. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were oh so soft. The room had a coffee maker, a hair dryer, white slippers, and robes. The towels were huge and wonderful.
The grounds
The grounds had all the local fauna, landscaped to perfection, including a walking bridge over a small creek. There are trails throughout the grounds.
Two swimming pools
After my friend and I finished exploring, it was time for some pool time. They have two swimming pools, including one with a waterfall. around the pools were lounge chairs plus several pool cabanas made of fabric. We were lucky enough to get a pool cabina.
Hot water in every suite!
Hot water is a luxury in Costa Rica. Most locals do not have hot water for their showers. Just this morning, we lost electricity, and I had to take a cold shower, which was refreshing, but I love a hot shower! Each suite has hot water in its bathrooms.
High speed internet!
There is high-speed internet throughout the rooms and grounds. They also have several special meeting areas. The clubhouse, Sala Evenir, Babanca, and the technology lounge all have state-of-the-art amenities. Making it a business trip/vacation enables you to bring your team down for a refreshing break.

The gym
The gym is 2600 sq. feet. It has free weights along with exercise machines.

Some of the best fishing in Costa Rica
Offshore fishing and inshore fishing are excellent. Whatever is on your bucket list, the captains will do everything they can to make your dream a reality. The yellowfin tuna is one of the strongest fish I have ever caught.
The last time we went out fishing, we hooked up to a monster. It hit our Live blue runner and exploded out of the water! All of us knew it would be a battle.
The fish peeled off the line for 200 meters. Now all of us are old fishermen who never die. I was the first to start bringing the fish in.
I fought the fish for 30 minutes. By that time, my arms and back were saying no more. So I passed the rod over to the next youngest friend, who is 65 years young. He fought the fish for another 30 minutes, then passed it to the 60-year-old buddy.
He fought the fish for 45 minutes. Finally, we handed the rod to the mate, a young 30-year-old. He got the fish to the side of the boat, and it took two of us to bring it aboard. it weight out at 160 pounds. The captain filleted out some sushi and added his special spice, finishing off with fresh lime juice.
The hard Croc restaurant has some of the best food in Puerto Jimenez. After a long day on the water, have a celebration dinner at the restaurant, including a full bar. A fisherman’s dream!
Where dreams come true!
Whatever is on your bucket list, Crocodile Bay will do everything possible to make your dreams a reality. Finding a school of tuna on a frenzy bite is, in one word, amazing. Sail fish and marlin are a little bit further offshore, but worth the extra time. Just last week, an 800 lb marlin was caught and released. Crocodile Bay follows all the guidelines for fishing. The law is that you can only have 5 fish per boat. All marlin and sail fish are released, including rooster fish. Big snappers are common. A 40 lb. snapper is over 40 years old. Releasing the large fish enables the species to grow for future generations. The smaller fish are better to eat. TIGHT LINES and may the wind always be on your stern. Captain David Roy Fulton.
