Restaurant Defin Blanco is a Chinese restaurant.
It is located downtown. As you walk from the soccer field going into town, stay on the left-hand side of the street. When you get to an intersection where you can see Pollando Fried Chicken, take a left. It will be on the left-hand side, right past Tico Cell.
The food
I have eaten there, and they gave me a special bread for free. The portions are large and very good. I had theChow Mein: Savory stir-fried wheat noodles tossed with soy sauce, garlic, and a mix of vegetables with chicken and beef. It was delicious. My buddy had Sweet and Sour Pork (or Chicken): Crispy battered chunks of meat tossed in a bright, tangy sweet and vinegar sauce with bell peppers and pineapple. They give you the little boxes to take home leftovers.
The chef
The chef is Chinese, and you can tell that all the food is what you would expect in a Chinese restaurant.
The services were good, the presentation was good, food was great!
