Business Page

Local Expertise: 20 Years in Costa Rica, 14 Years on the Osa Peninsula

To keep the site user-friendly, I will only be doing full-page ads for each business type. Example, lodges, hotels, reatuarants, fishing charters, tour companies. That way the site does not have advertisment all over the site.

When to place your ad

Placing your ad at the right time is very important. High season starts in December through April. Trying to get it on the first page of goolge, Hopefully, is a small window of three months . So getting your ad done before the high season is critical. I can publish your ad in my site, then the last week of November or which ever month you decide. I will have google index it. There is a big difference having a ad published and having it index. Having it published means if a vistor goes on my site , they can use the search bar to look up your ad. having it index to google means, visitor can search for it on google, and goolge will show your ad.

Having your website on the app is free

Your advertisement might be on the first page of Google

Every article I have done with a local business ends up on the first page of Google. I wish I could say your advertisement will also, but a lot of different factors are at play.

If your website has fresh articles, having a blog makes things better. Google looks for several things to help you rank. E-E-A-T,

  • Experience, showing firsthand knowledge or practical experience.
  • Expertise, demonstrating accurate knowledge of the subject.
  • Authoritativeness, building trust through credentials, reputation, and reliable references.
  • Trustworthiness, providing accurate, transparent, and safe information.

When I write a in depth aritcle I always follow the E E A T. Which puts the aritcles on the first page of google most of the time.

Google likes my website; it is ranked 100 percent for SEO, speed, and user friendly . Personally, telling a story about what I know and the fact that I live on the Osa Peninsula just adds more authority to my website.
